Description of operation:
HCCY300 is a fully automatic vertically operating, forming, filling and sealing high speed machine for production of smoke-free filter foil portion with nicotine pouches(snus) by a small tubular bags that three side seal at two ends and the back so called “Stickpacks”.
The fleece is drawn off from the roll and then it is formed as a tubular bag, the powder is filled then, sealed and cut off.
